Chef Auriana won Factory Kitchen a Michelin Guide 2019 Bib Gourmand Award. To qualify you must have a high-quality dinner with two courses and a glass of wine for under $40.
This Italian eatery is tucked away on Factory Pl.. Find the red neon sign literally pointing to the entrance for the way in.
It will get busy. It seems early but the 6:45pm rez. guarantees a good spot before the rush.
There is a $20 corkage for your first two bottles of wine. You can pick up a good bottle a few blocks away at Silverlake Wine Arts District.
En route to the restroom take a moment to watch them hand made all the pasta. They’re precise, and incredible.
Don’t leave without ordering the Picagge.

What to Know
Through mishaps, international battles, pure comedy and a constantly morphing vision the mad scientists of Lost Spirits have created something so special that Spirits Business Magazine, American Distilling Institute, and Drinks Business Magazine awarded them the Best Distillery Tour in the World.
The entrance to this distillery can be hard to find. Look for the door with the giant eyeballs moving on the Queen of Hearts. There is nothing else around so you’ll feel lost for a moment, refer to our map.
Connoisseur of the Streets Tip: When you arrive they’ll have water bottles. Definitely take your water bottle with you on the tour. The more you drink the more they serve you, so bottoms up!
