PIZZA PARTY

at a “chipotle for pies”

What to Know

Prepare for there to be a line. It moves quickly but arrive with a wait in mind.

The center piece of this and all Midici’s is called the heart. It holds “all the vital functions” and is regarded as “a place of emotions”. Good vibes all around.

Every Midici also houses an olive tree to connect to nature and hold a place of serenity for everyone. Good vibes again!

Tables are snatched up quickly. Pay attention before you order to people on their way out and jump at your chance to hold a table down. If you have a large group call ahead to se if you can reserve.

What to order: Double pepperoni, the Devil’s, or “make your own. Also, if you’re wondering. They do have gluten free pizza crust.

LASER TAG

like it’s ’97

What to Know

IMPORTANT: You must get a reservation and pay in advance. Make your start time 2 hours from when you arrive for pizza. Have extra time in between? The arcade games at Ultrazone are ready for you.

This is located on the second floor. Take the escalators in the middle of the building up to the entrance. If you see grade schoolers milling about you’re in the right place.

George Carter III is credited with creating the first laser tag arena in Houston, TX. He came up with the idea while watching Star Wars in 1977 but it took him until March 1984 to have the grand opening.

ICE CREAM

to check all the boxes

What to Know

The walk can feel a little on the long side (9 minutes). It’s well worth it and a perfect time to dive into how you killed it at laser tag.

The owner’s Andy and Scott are OC guys who had no idea how to run a business, they just wanted a place to go to after dinner. The rest is history.

What to order: Obviously scoops of their insane ice cream like bright blue cookie monster but absolutely order a Milky Bun (split for 2).

DIVE BAR

cause you’re finally an “adult”

What to Know

This dive bar is classic. Unfortunately, your wine buzz from dinner may have left by now and they tend to pour cocktails nice n stiff here.

Arriving before 11pm there will be a smaller crowd. However, it will get busy within the hour. This is your time to dominate the karaoke and shuffleboard.

The KJs are serious about their Disney songs and will perform them in the downtime. Make sure you catch one of these.
